Chef Gary Maresca opened The Island Grille in 2015. He was previously known as the chef and owner of "Blue at the Topaz" restaurant which thrived in this same location from 2002-2013. Chef Gary is known for his famous "Wasabi Salmon" and his laid back personality. He graduated top of his class from the New York Institute of Technology's Culinary Arts Program. It has been a long time dream of his to own a restaurant over-looking the ocean. His favorite people to cook for are his four children - Reilly, Molly, Rocco & Dominick.
